Private room and bungalow:  Cozy, clean rooms with either one double bed, two single beds, or a double bed with a single bed and shared hot water bathroom facilities.  The rooms share a large front porch with a table and hammock, and all feature mosquito nets.

Activities and Tours

Livingston Tour:  Lanchas leave every day at 9 am or 1 pm, the trip takes about 2 hours to Livingston with interesting sight-seeing stops, one-way 125Q; round-trip 200Q.

Castillo de San Felipe Tour:  Lancha round trip 50Q, about 2 hours total with time to explore the castle and see the mouth of Lago Izabal, the largest lake in Guatemala.

Lago Izabal Sailing Trip:  Full-day trip with Captain Hans on his 38-foot, two-mast sailboat, "El Mystique."  Start at 8 am in Casa Perico and return at 5 pm, only 200Q per person.  Minimum 4 people; maximum 8.  Beer and sodas available on board.  Spend the day exploring the largest lake in Guatemala and relaxing aboard a beautiful sailboat.
