Sustainability
All of the profits are used to support the Cultural Center activities such as providing after school educational programs for the kids, traditional drumming and art classes, environmental education and beach cleanup days. The food is all locally bought and many of the ingredients are locally grown. They are currently working on creating an organic farm which will be used to cultivate produce for the restaurant in the future. They also sponsor bi-monthly beach cleanup days, children’s soccer teams and lots of other community activities.
